This recipe combines the tastes which are close and known to us with moments of surprise and warmth which ginger brings. Easy and quick to prepare, this recipe is recommended for those who live fast but eat healthy & home cooked meals! Ingredients: Minced Turkey meat Red Onion (chopped into cubes) White Onion (chopped into cubes) Piece of Ginger (size of a small finger, chopped into cubes) Strand of leek (chopped) Tablespoon of creme cheese Olive Oil Vegedor spice (or alternatively vegetarian spice) Breadcrumbs Sauce: Greek yogurt Creme cheese Garlic clove Process: Add red onion, white onion and ginger chopped cubes as well as the leek to the olive oil inside the pan on light heat. Remove once it softens. In a bowl of medium size, combine the minced turkey meat, creme cheese, the onions, ginger and which you preheated and then add to it a spoon of Vegedor spice. Make meatballs from above mix and then roll into breadcrumbs. Fry in olive oil on medium heat. Depending on the size of the meatballs, you will need around 5 minutes to fry. Serve with sauce made out of Greek yogurt and creme cheese. As a side dish, I would suggest grilled veggies, rice or mash potatoes. Potrebno vam je: Mljeveni pureći file Crveni luk (isječen na kockice) Bijeli luk (isječen na kockice) Komad đumbira (veličine malog prsta. Isječen na kockice) Stručak prase Kašika krem sira Maslinovo ulje Začin Vegedor Prezla Sos: Grčki jogurt Krem sir Cehnica bijelog luka (po želji) Priprema: Crveni, bijeli luk, đumbir i prasu predinstajte na maslinovom ulju i laganoj vatri. Kada omekša sklonite. U zdjeli srednje veličine pomiješajte mljevenu puretinu, krem sir, luk koji ste prepržili s đumbirom, pa začinite s kašikom začina Vegedor.
