And also, the good thing is that you don not use fat in this recipe, so it’s much healthier version for your family than regular nuggets you can find in the restaurants. My kids claim it’s much tastier too! Cut boneless chicken, season with chosen spices and marinate it in regular yogurt overnight. When it comes to spices, I usually put some chilly, cumin, coriander, salt and paper. But you can season as you wish, you can try different combos and every time get different taste of nuggets. For coating you can use bread crumbs or cornflakes for crunchier bites. You can also mix some green spices in, as oregano for example. Heat oven on 190C All you need to do is to coat each peace of chicken with seasoned bread crumbs (or cornflakes), place it onto baking sheet and bake for around 30 minutes. Until it’s golden. Pileća prsa isijecite na veće komade. Jedan komad pilećih prsa, izrežite na 4-5 komada. Marinirajte u običnom jogurtu uz dodatak začina. Obično stavim kim, coriander, chily, so i biber, no vi možete koristiti začine koje želite. Možete svaki puta mijenjati kombinaciju začina, po svojoj želji ili ukusu onih kojima ih spremate. Najbolje bi bilo da piletina prenoći u ovoj marinadi. Što duže stoji, to će biti mekša i sočnija. Zagrijte rernu na 190 C. Svaki komad piletine uvaljajte u prezlu ili izmrvljeni cornflex. Obično i u ovo stavim neki začin. Origano ili mirodjiju, ovisno o začinima koje sam koristila u marinadi. Komade piletine poredajte na papir za pečenje i pecite 30tak minuta. Dok ne porumeni, ali pazite da ne prepečete. U pravilu nemojte prelaziti 30 minuta. Djeca ih vole uz pomfrit, a meni su draži u formi tortilla.
