Ingredients for 4 servings you will need: 400 gr onion 2 cloves garlic 1 l beef broth 1 cup water Salt, brown sugar, paper, laurel leaf Cheese (Provolone, Emmental, Swiss or Parmesan) 3 Tsbs usalted butter 1 Tsbs Apple vinegar in 1 small glass of water 2 tbsp flower 4 slices bread Proces: Melt butter on medium heat. Add onion and stir continually until tender and translucent. You will need at least 15 min for this. Do not brown the onions! Add 1 Tsbs of brown sugar and 1/2 tsp of salt. Stir for few minutes before adding garlic. Stir for 5 minutes more. Add flower an stir. Then add glass of water with Apple vinegar. Stir for 1 min. Add beef broth, Season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, laurel leaf and simmer on very law temperature for 40 minutes. Put bread into oven with few drops of oliv oil and rost it until crisp and brown. Ladle soup into oven Safe serving bowls and place bread on top. Layer each bowl with a slice of cheese. Place bowls in the preheated owen until cheese browns slightly. Spremite je na dan kada imate malo vise vremena, jer ona se krcka dugo i na laganoj vatri. Za 4 porcije vam je potrebno: 400 grama luka 2 cehne luke cc 1 l govedjeg temeljca 1 manja casa vode s 1 kasikom jabukovog sirceta so, biber, smedji secer, lovorov list, sir (najlakse cete naci Emmental) 3 kasike putera 2 kasike brasna 4 snite kruha Postupak: Na umjerenoj temperaturi istopite puter i dodajte luk isjecen na ploskice. Dinstajte dok ne smeksa i ne poprimi staklastu boju. Trebat ce vam najmanje 15 minuta za ovo. Luk vam ne smije zagoriti. Sljedeci korak je smedji secer i pola kasicice soli. Mijesajte na laganoj vatri nekoliko minuta prije nego dodate bijeli luk. Potom, uz konstantno mijesanje, dodajte vodu sa sircetom. Dinstajte cc 1 min. Dodajte temeljac, zacinite i dodajte lovorov list. Kuhajte na niskoj temperaturi najmanje 40 minuta. Dok se supa krcka, isijecite hljeb na kockice, stavite ga na papir za pecenje i poskropite s nekoliko kapi maslinovog ulja. Ubacite u zagrijanu rernu dok ne postane hrskav i zlatno braon boje. Supu sipajte u zdjelice otporne na visoku temeraturu, na vrh stavite hljeb pa preko sir. Pecite dok se sir ne rastopi i blago porumeni. Uzivajte
