On cold, autumn or winter days, nothing can replace a bowl of worm creamy soup. During the pumpkin season, pumpkin soup is very often on my family table. This time i am going to give you recipe for my pumpkin - ginger soup. Ingredients: Butternut pumpkin, One onion 2 cloves garlic Olive oil Carrot Parsley Laurel leaf Piece of ginger Celery Beef broth Salt, paper Heavy cream Process: Heat olive oil, put onion and stir until soft. Add carrot and chopped pumpkin and stir on low temperature at least for 15 min. Eventually you can add some hot water inside. Put in garlic, piece of ginger, celery, laurel leaf and stir for few minutes more. Add 1l beef broth, season with salt and paper and left it cook on low temperature for 30 - 40 minutes. Blend until nice and smooth. Before serving add little bit of heavy cream. Season with fresh parsley. Krem supa od tikve i djumbira Sastojci:
Pola srednje tikve. Luk 2 cehne bijelog luka Maslinovo ulje Mrkva Persun 2 lovorova lista Komad djumbira Korjen celera Govedji temeljac So, biber Vrhnje za kuhanje Postupak: Zagrijte maslinovo ulje i dinstajte luk dok ne omeksa. Dodajte mrkvu i tikvu isjecenu na kocke. Mijesajte na niskoj temperaturi najmanje 15 minuta. Mozete dodati fildzan vrele vode. Dodajte bijeli luk, komad djumbira, korjen celera, lovorov list i dinstajte jos nekoliko minuta prije nego dodate govedji temeljac. Kuhajte poklopljeno, na niskoj temperaturi 30 - 40 minuta. Izblendajte a prije sluzenja dodajte malo vrhja za kuhanje. Ako zelite vegan varijatu koristite adekvatnu zamjenu.
