ingredients for 4 portions: 1/2 kg chicken breasts 1 medium onion 2 claws garlic 1 medium carrot 1 yellow capsicum (yellow pepper) 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 l coconut milk 1 cup water 3 Tbsp coconut oil 2 Tbsp green curry paste 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Celery Parsley and green capsicum for garnish Process: Heat up oil and add chopped onion. Cool until light gold then add capsicum, carrot and garlic. Stir and fry for few minutes before adding chopped chicken. Fry for 7-10 minutes and then add chicken broth, coconut milk, one cup of water and celery. Cook for 20 minutes before adding salt, pepper and green curry paste. Lower the temperature and cook for 10-15 min more. Serve with rice and garnish with fresh parsley and green capsicum. Pileći curry u kokosovom mlijeku Za 4 porcije vam je potrebno:
1/2 kg pilecih prsa 1 luk 2 cehne bijelog luka 1 mrkva 1 zuta paprika 1 solja pileceg temeljca 1/2 litra kokosovog mlijeka 1 solja vode 3 kasike kokosovog ulja 2 kasike zelene curry paste Celer 1/2 kasicice soli 1/2 kasicice bibera Svjezi persun I zelena paprika za serviranje Priprema: Zagrijte kokosovo ulje, dodajte luk I dinstajte do staklastog efekta, potom dodajte isjecenu mrkvu, papriku I dinstajte. Kada povrce omeksa (ali ne suvise) dodajte piletinu isjecenu na kocke. Dinstajte 10tak minuta pa dodajte pileci temeljac, kokosovo mlijeko, vodu, celer. Krckajte 20tak minuta prije nego dodate so, biber I curry pastu. Smanjite temperaturu I kuhajte jos desetak minuta. Posluzite s rizom I ukrasite s jezik persunom I zelenom paprikom. |
