This recipe will bring the smell of Asia to your home. Za 4 porcije vam je potrebno: Pola Butternut tikve srednje velicine ½ solje kokosovog mlijeka 2/3 solje vrele vode 2 cehne bijelog luka 1 kasika narendanog djumbira ½ chilli papricice (po zelji) so, biber, muskatni orascic sok jedenog limuna maslinovo ulje 2 šnite hljeba izrezanog na kockice Priprema: Tikvu pecite na 190 stepeni dok ne omeksa. Otprilike 1 sat. Ja sam je pekla 50tak minuta ali sam je ostavila jos toliko u izgasenoj rerni. Na pola puta pecenja butternut tikve, u drugi pleh stavite kockice hljeba I poprskajte maslinovim uljem. Ubacite u rernu,pored tikve, neka se isusi I lijepo porumeni. Cc 30 min Kada je tikva pecena, kasikom je izvadite iz kore I prebacite u serpu. Dodajte bijeli luk, djumbir, chilli, kokosovo mlijeko, vrelu vodu, I sve dobro izblendajte stapnim blenderom. Stavite na srednju temperaturu da provri i da se sastojci prožmu. Dodajte so, biber i imuskatni orascic, te sklonite s vatre. Na kraju, prije serviranja, iscijedite sok jednog limuna I sve promijesajte. Posluzite uz hrskave kockice hljeba i poprskajte s nekoliko kapi maslinovog ulja.
