Add onion and stir continually until tender and translucent. You will need at least 15 min for this. Do not brown the onions! Add 1 Tsbs of brown sugar and 1/2 tsp of salt. Stir for few minutes before adding garlic. Stir for 5 minutes more. Add flower an stir. Then add glass of water with Apple vinegar. Stir for 1 min. Add beef broth, Season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, laurel leaf and simmer on very law temperature for 40 minutes. Put bread into oven with few drops of oliv oil and rost it until crisp and brown. Dodajte temeljac, zacinite i dodajte lovorov list. Kuhajte na niskoj temperaturi najmanje 40 minuta. Then add garlic and put it back in the oven for 15 minutes more. When it’s cooled down, blend baked ingredients with spices, olive oil and tahini. Garnish with sunflower seeds. 1/2 kg pilecih prsa 1 luk 2 cehne bijelog luka 1 mrkva 1 zuta paprika 1 solja pileceg temeljca 1/2 litra kokosovog mlijeka 1 solja vode 3 kasike kokosovog ulja 2 kasike zelene curry paste Celer 1/2 kasicice soli 1/2 kasicice bibera Svjezi persun I zelena paprika za serviranje Priprema: Zagrijte kokosovo ulje, dodajte luk I dinstajte do staklastog efekta, potom dodajte isjecenu mrkvu, papriku I dinstajte.
