In a high-powered blender just, combine all of the ingredients and blend for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture is silky smooth and creamy. You may need to add a bit more coconut milk or lemon juice to get it to blend smoothly. It is up to you and your taste. Pour the smooth filling into the prepared pan over the crust. Smooth out the top and tap the pan hard against the counter a few times to release any air bubbles. Place in the freezer to set for at least 3 hours or overnight before cutting. Vrlo jednostavno, u blenderu sjedinite bademe i hurme. Dobit ćete tijesto koje trebate ravnomjerno rasporediti po lagano nauljenom plehu. Stavite u frižider dok spremite kremu. Ingredients ½ Cup oats (blend into a flour) 1 Cup desiccated coconut ½ Cup goji berries 4 Tbsp of agave syrup (can be replaced with organic honey or maple syrup) 4 Tbsp coconut oil (heaping tbsp, not melted oil) 1 tsp vanilla extract 100 gr dark chocolate Process Blend together coconut flakes and goji berries before adding oats and blend again. Pour in agave syrup, coconut oil and vanilla and mix well until you get sticky dough. Oil your palms and fingers so you can roll the dough easier. Form small truffles and place them on the clean sheet. Place in the fridge until making chocolate toping. Let it stay on the cold for at least 10 minutes. Ukoliko nemate pleh za tart onda koristite drugi manji pleh po vasem izboru. Mozete ga obloziti I papirom za pecenje radi lakseg vadjenja I rezanja. Korak 2 U blenderu smiksajte kikiriki I hurme. Ubrzo ce masa postati poput mase za kuglice. Istresite na pleh I prstima pritisnite na podlogu I rubove. Dobro stisnite i izravnajte. Korak 3 Na srednjoj temperaturi, u srednje veliku serpu, istresite voce. Kuhajte nekoliko minuta dok voda ne ispari gotovo u potpunosti. For the base you will need: 2 Cups of dates 1 & 1/2 Cups almonds For mousse you will need: 1 Cup unsalted sun seeds (soaked in hot water for half an hour) 1/2 Cup coconut cream (use caned coconut milk) 4 Heaping Tbsp firm coconut oil Juice squiezed out of 1 lemon 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 1 pomegranate Plus 1 pomegranate for garnish Process: Blend dates and almonds and make a crust out of that mixture. Use the fingers to press crust on bottom of your mold. I used muffin mold with piece of parchment paper on the bottom so I can take it out easier. Freeze until muosse is ready. For the mousse you just put all ingredients inside of food processor and blend until smooth and well combined. I put pomegranate seeds between crust and mousse but would suggest you put mousse first and leave pomegranate for toppings. Pomegranate seeds on firmed crust wasn't the best idea because mousse couldn't connect with the crust and cake was hard and unstable to cut. So, you can put pomegranate seeds on top. Priprema: Hurme i bademe sameljite i od dobijene mase napravite bazu za kolac. Ja sam koristila kalupe za maffin ali sam dno oblozila trakicama papira. Trakice ukrstite na dnu i rezite ih duze, tako da vire iz kalupa, kako biste kasnije, povlačeći ih, lagano izvukli kolac iz kalupa. U svaki kalup stavite malo tijesta kojeg ste dobili od hurmi i badema. Kremu napravite tako sto sve sastojke strpate u blender i blendate dok ne dobijete glatku, finu masu. Ja sam sipak za dekoraciju redala na koru pa odozgo stavila kremu, ali bih vam preporucila da uradite drugacije. Sipak izmjedju kore i kreme nije dozvolio kolacu da se poveze i bilo ga je tesko rezati. Znaci umjesto na koru, vi sipak stavite na vrh kolaca, preko kreme. Takodjer bih savjetovala da kremu ostavite u frizideru na pola sata prije nego je izlijete na koru. Tako ce kokosovo ulje da se stegne i krema ce biti malo gusca i kasnije se nece prelijevati preko kore. U svakom slucaju, hladite nekoliko sati prije degustacije. Prijatno! Ingredients: 3/4 Cup Coconut Oil (Slightly softened) 1/2 Cup Hazelnut butter 2/3 Cup Coconut Sugar 2 flax eggs for vegan version (or 1 egg and 1 egg yolk) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 2/3 Cup Coconut Flour (or any other GF flour) 100gr Chopped Dark Chocolate Process: Preheat the oven to 160C and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, beat together the coconut oil, hazelnut butter and coconut sugar until smooth. Add the flax eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add the baking soda, salt & coconut flour. Mix until well mixed. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate. Form cookies and place on the prepare baking sheet. Bake for 10-11 minutes maximum and let cool for 5 minutes afterwards on the cookie sheet. Kokosovo ulje, ljesnjakov puter I secer mutite mikserom dok ne dobijete finu glatku masu. Dodajte kokosovo brasno, so I sodu bikarbonu I sjedinite masu. Na kraju dodajte komadice crne cokolade. Oblikujte kolacice I redajte na papir za pecenje. Pecite 10-11 minuta. Prvih 5 minuta hladjenja ostavite ih na plehu na kojem su se pekli , a onda ih sklonite na hladno dok se potpuno ne ohlade. Za ovaj recept vam trebaju neslani indijski orascici. Mozete koristiti i bademe, jeftiniji su od indijskih orascica ali ih morate oguliti. Gule se lako. Stavite ih u vrelu vodu na nekoliko minuta i prstima istisnite iz kore. Potom, ako koristite bademe, opet ih vratite u vrelu vodu makar na pola sata. Za koru vam je potrebno: 1 solja oraha 1 solja suhih ali mekanih marelica. Ako su previse suhe necete dobiti potrebnu teksturu kore. Marelice potopite u vrelu vodu, makar na pola sata. Potom ocijedite. Za mango kremu vam je potrebno: 1 solja neslanih indijskih orascica. Mozete ih zamijeniti bademima, ali ih, kao sto sam vam vec napisala morate oguliti i drzati u vreloj vodi najmanje pola sata kako bi omeksali i kako bi se mogli lijepo izblendati. Ako pak koristite indijske orascice i njih morate potopiti u vrelu vodu makar na pola sata. Razlika je u tome sto je badem jeftiniji, ali se indijski orascic ljepse blenda:) 2/3 solje kokosove kreme (kupite konzervirano kokosovo mlijeko, krema je na vrhu) 1/2 solje kokosovog ulja 2 manga (ogulite i izrezite na kriske, odstranite kosticu) Sok jednog limuna 3-4 kasike javorovog sirupa ili meda Priprema Korak1: Smeksajte zajedno orahe i marelice. Masu stavite na dno pleha i lagano izravnajte prstima i vanjskim dijelom kasike. Ako zelite ukrasiti kuglicama, poput ovih na slici, ostavite 3-4 kasike ove mase i od njih formirajte male kuglice za ukrasavanje. Korak 2: U blender stavite sve sastojke za kremu. Postupak: Izblendajte sastojke za bazu, istresite u kalup, pritisnite s vrha kako biste povrsinu lijepo izravnali i zaledite dok spremate karamel sloj. U blender potom stavite sve sastojke za karamel sloj, osim proteinskog praha. Blendajte dok ne dobijete finu jednolicnu masu. Potom dodajte Whey protein i ponovno blendajte. Izlijte na bazu. Zavrsite s istopljenom cokoladom i po vrhu pospite malo krupne morske soli koja ce lijepo izbalanasirati okus ovih proteinskih plocica. |
