Lazy weekend is perfect for these coconut – goji berry truffles. You are going to make this healthy recipe in minutes, you don’t need so much of ingredients, and I am pretty sure that everybody will love it! This is also raw, gluten free, lactose free, vegan and industrial sugar free! Ingredients ½ Cup oats (blend into a flour) 1 Cup desiccated coconut ½ Cup goji berries 4 Tbsp of agave syrup (can be replaced with organic honey or maple syrup) 4 Tbsp coconut oil (heaping tbsp, not melted oil) 1 tsp vanilla extract 100 gr dark chocolate Process Blend together coconut flakes and goji berries before adding oats and blend again. Pour in agave syrup, coconut oil and vanilla and mix well until you get sticky dough. Oil your palms and fingers so you can roll the dough easier. Form small truffles and place them on the clean sheet. Place in the fridge until making chocolate toping. Let it stay on the cold for at least 10 minutes. In the end coat with melted chocolate…and that’s it! Kuglice od kokosa i goji bobica Nemam previse vremena za kuhinju ovoga vikenda a slatko se mora imati u kuci, pa ako ste u istoj situaciji, preporucujem ove kuglice.
Napravit cete ih u nekoliko minuta, sa svega nekoliko sastojaka. Ne peku se, ne sadrze gluten, laktozu, rafinirani secer I zbilja su ukusne. Sastojci: ½ Solje ovsenih pahuljica (sameljite u blenderu) 1 Solja kokosovog brasna (obicno koje koristimo za cupavce) ½ Solje goji bobica 4 kasike agavinog sirupa 4 kasike kokosovog ulja (cvrstog I neka kasike bude vrhom pune) 1 kasicica ekstrakta vanilije 100 grama tamne cokolade Priprema: Izblendajte kokos I goji bobice pa dodajte I ovsene pahuljice. Dodajte potom I ostale sastojke i blendajte 1 – 2 minuta dok ne dobijete ljepljivu masu koja se da formirati u kuglice. Lagano nauljite dlanove i prste pa formirajte kuglice od mase koju ste dobili. Redajte ih na pleh i ostavite u frizideru desetak minuta da se stisnu. Na kraju ih uvaljajte u rastopljenu cokoladu. To je to!

(Once you boil them, rince and dry and you will get approx. 2 cups of black beans) Juice squeezed from 3 oranges 4 Tbsp coconut oil 4 Tbsp honey 4 Tbsp cocoa powder ½ Cup almonds 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder Approx. 50 grams dark chocolate Process: In food processor, blend black beans. Add almonds and blend together until well combined. Pour in all other ingredients and mix together. Place in a small baking pan. Use parchment paper. Bake in preheated owen on 180C for 25 minutes. Ovi su socni, mekani I ukusni! Ako drugima ne kazete, nikada nece pogoditi koji je tajni sastojak vasih braunija. Sastojci: 1 Solja suhog crnog graha (Kada ga raskuhate, nabubrit ce pa cete dobiti gotovo dvije solje graha. Ocijedite i prohladite) Sok od 3 narandze 4 Vrhom pune kasike kokosovog ulja (u cvrstoj, nerastopljenoj formi) 4 Vrhom pune kasike meda 4 Kasike kakaa ½ Solje badema 1 kasicica ekstrakta vanilije 1 kasicica praska za pecivo Cc 50 grama crne cokolade Proces: Najprije izblendajte raskuhani grah. Dodajte bademe pa dobro izblendajte. Potom ubacite sve ostale sastojke I sjedinite. Koristite manji pleh za pecenje jer brauni nece mnogo narasti. Pleh oblozite papirom za pecenje. Pecite 20 minuta na 180C. Prije nego isijecete I servirate dobro ohladite. Slice of moist, rich, tasty banana bread for perfect start of the day! It is vegan & Gluten free too! Suhi sastojci: 2 Solje sobenih pahuljica. Ja sam koristila bezglutenske. Sameljite do konzistencije brasna. 1 Solja mljevenih badema 1/2 Solje kokosovog secera ili drugog smedjeg secera 1 Paketic praska za pecivo Prstohvat soli Vlazni sastojci 3 Banane (zgnjecite viljuskom ili u blenderu) 120 ml Kokosovog ulja 5-6 Kasika bademovog mlijeka 1 kasicica ekstrakta vanilije Zamjena za jaja (2 kasike mljevenih sjemenki lana + 6 kasika vrele vode.) Postupak: Pripremite zamjenu za jaja i ostavite sa strane 10tak minuta. U veliku posudu pomijesajte suhe sastojke pa dodajte vlazne. Sve sjedinite i izlijte u pleh oblozen papirom. Pecite u rerni zagrijanoj na 180C 50 - 55 minuta. Potpuno ohladite i uzivajte! Hello peanut butter lovers! I have something special, refreshing and easy preparing for you. This rich and fruity tart is glurten-free, refined sugar-free, vegan and (almost) raw! And it’s made only with few ingredients. Ingredients For the crust · 1 1/2 cups roasted peanuts (I used packed diet peanuts. You can find it in every bigger supermarket) · 1 cup pitted dates For the filling · 1 pack frozen fruits. I used blueberries · 2 tablespoons chia seeds · 1 teaspoon vanilla extract · 1-2 tsp honey (optional) · Blueberries for garnish · Peanut butter for topping Instructions Lightly grease a tart pan. Set aside. Add the pitted dates and roasted peanuts to a food processor or high-powered blender and pulverize until it comes together into a "dough". Cook your fruit over medium heat for few minutes, until water is almost evaporated. Mash the blueberries and stir in the chia seeds, and keep stirring for couple minutes more.. In the end add vanilla extract. Arrange the whole blueberries over the berry jam as desired and drizzle with peanut butter. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set. Slice and enjoy! Kombinacija punog ukusa kikirikija I voca koje donosi svjezinu s kremastim kikiriki puterom na vrhu bice praznik za vase nepce. Bez mlijeka, jaja, glutena i bez pecenja! I znate sta jos? Napravit cete ga sa svega 5 osnovnih sastojaka.
Potrebno vam je: Kora: 1 + ½ solje pecenog, neslanog, kikirikija (ja sam koristila Diet kikiriki s niskim udjelom soli. Mozete ga naci u velikim marketima, poput Binga napr.) 1 solja hurmi (odstranite kostice) Krema: 1 pakovanje smrznutog voca. Koristila sam borovice, ako zelite probajte sa sumskim vocem ili neku drugu kombo. 2 Supene kasike chia sjemenki, 1 kasicica ekstrakta vanilije, 1 – 2 kasika meda (po zelji), 2 kasike finog, kremastog, kikiriki putera. Iz pakovanja zaledjenih borovnica, ostavite pola solje sa strane. Trebat ce vam za ukrasavanje. Priprema: Korak 1 Kokosovim uljem lagano namastite pleh. Ja sam koristila vise malih kalupa za tart, vi mozete obicni, samo da ne bude onaj veliki jer vam masa nece biti dovoljna za njega. Ukoliko nemate pleh za tart onda koristite drugi manji pleh po vasem izboru. Mozete ga obloziti I papirom za pecenje radi lakseg vadjenja I rezanja. Korak 2 U blenderu smiksajte kikiriki I hurme. Ubrzo ce masa postati poput mase za kuglice. Istresite na pleh I prstima pritisnite na podlogu I rubove. Dobro stisnite i izravnajte. Korak 3 Na srednjoj temperaturi, u srednje veliku serpu, istresite voce. Kuhajte nekoliko minuta dok voda ne ispari gotovo u potpunosti. Korak 4 Dodajte chia sjemenke, kuhajte jos 1 - 2 I izblendajte borovnice. Ako nemate rucni blender, da ne biste stvarali nered u kuhinji, koristite kasiku za pire krompir J Korak 5 Dodajte ekstrakt vanilije i ukoliko zelite med. Promijesajte i istresite na koru. Po vrhu poredajte cijele borovnice koje ste ostavili sa strane I ukrasite kikiriki puterom. Drzite u frizideru najmanje sat vremena prije posluzivanja. |
