Uzmemo li u obzir da manje kvalitetni proteinski hljebovi u prodavnicama koštaju od 4-5 maraka, ovo je prihvatljivo. Ukoliko nemate neki od sastojaka, pojačajte onaj koji imate. Hljeb čuvajte u frižideru. Moj je i nakon 7 dana bio sasvim u redu.
