For these protein oats pancake you will need: 1 Egg (use flex egg for vegan version) 2/3 Cup rice milk 1 tbsp Chia seeds 1 tsp Flex seeds 2/3 Cup GF oats 1/3 Cup GF flour 1/3 Cup protein powder salt Blend it all together and voila, happy days!
