Protein Oats Pancakes

Great meal to start a day with, or excellent treat after workout. Easy to make, healthy and tasty. You just need to put all ingredients in a blender and few minutes later you have it on your plate. 
 
For these protein oats pancake you will need: 
 
1 Egg (use flex egg for vegan version) 
2/3 Cup rice milk 
1 tbsp Chia seeds 
1 tsp Flex seeds 
2/3 Cup GF oats 
1/3 Cup GF flour  
1/3 Cup protein powder 
 salt 
 
Blend it all together and voila, happy days! I do not need to write that you need to bake it, right? 
One minute each side :) 
 
Garnish the way you like!

Proteinski Palacinci

Odlicni za dobar pocetak dana ili sjajni nakon treninga. Jednostavni za napraviti a zdravi i ukusni. Sve sto trebate uraditi je da sve sastojke strpate u blender i nekoliko minuta kasnije palacinci su na stolu. 
 
Potrebno vam je: 
1 Jaje (za vegansku varijantu koristite flex varijantu)
2/3 Solje rizinog mlijeka 
1 Kasika chia sjemenki 
1 Kasicica kombinacije mljevenih sjemenki (po zelji)
2/3 Solje GF zobenih pahuljica 
1/3 Solje GF brasna 
1/3 Solje proteinskog praha
So 
 
Sve skupa u blender i to je to! Pecite po minut s obje strane i ukrasite po vasoj zelji.
