Been busy these days, so I grabbed a little time just to share with you this quick recipe for American pancakes with oats, oranges, bananas and dark chocolate! You can not go wrong with this one, and it can be great Saturday family breakfast! Ingredients 1 cup old fashion oats 2 cups milk 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1/2 baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp honey Juice squeezed from one orange Orange zest (optional) 2/3 Tbsp flour Instructions Soak oats with 2 cups of milk and chia seeds overnight. Add other ingredients in the morning. Dakle, potrebno vam je: Solja zobenih pahuljica 3 Solje mlijeka 1 supena kasika chia sjemenki 1/2 kasicice praska za pecivo 1/2 kasicice soli 1 kasicica meda Iscijedjeni sok jedne narandze Malo narandzine korice (po zelji) 2-3 kasike brasna Postupak: Potpite pahuljice u dvije solje mlijeka, dodajte chia sjemenke i ostavite da prenoci. Ujutro dodajte jos jednu solju mlijeka, sok cijedjene narandze, so, med, prasak za pecivo i brasno. Ja sam narendala i malo narandzine korice. Pecite do dvije minute na jednoj strani prije nego prevrnete. Servirajte s bananama i crnom cokoladom. Djeca ce biti odusevljena :)
